This palace is construct in penthouse with the area of 929 square metres with use of Chandeliers, semi-precious stones, mother-of-pearl, crystal, brass, customized furniture, hand painted artwork, a handcrafted mirror-work jail, large venetian mirrors, brass door knockers and a brightly coloured floor-to-ceiling feature wall depicts the famous step-well of Jaipur, also known as a baoli.

The flooring throughout the penthouse is in white marble gives a feeling of spaciousness and a seemingly natural flow from one space to another. Beautiful geometrical pattern has been inlaid on the floor.
